As a firm whose operating philosophy includes not only IT service excellence but also community giving, IT Solutions founded Smiles for Success. Launched in 2019, this unique effort provides charitable donations to a diverse group of worthy organizations based upon the number of post-service surveys submitted by our clients.
Part of our business model is to operate at the pinnacle of excellence among Managed Service providers. That includes determination to always exceed commonly accepted “standards” for support ticket management and resolution time. Over the years, client feedback in the form of ticket survey responses has been a critical factor in helping us improve services and overall client satisfaction.
With a resolute focus on feedback-driven improvement and a steadfast commitment to charitable giving, IT Solutions launched Smiles for Success. With this initiative, we make donations to local non-profits based upon the number of survey responses we receive. For each satisfaction survey returned, we donate $1 to the quarterly-designated non-profit organization. Through Smiles for Success, not only are we engaging in community giving, but our clients are doing so as well through surveys their personnel submit. As of early 2022, Smiles for Success had raised nearly $9,000 for charities with a diverse array of operating models. Explore the list below to learn about each campaign and its beneficiary.

Garfield Park Academy Go Play Campaign
This state-approved school offers effective, evidence-based special education services for K-12 students with a history of learning, social, emotional and behavioral issues.
Partnership for Community Supports
In July 2004, this non-profit organization began providing supports coordination for individuals in Philadelphia who are experiencing intellectual disabilities.
Abington-Jefferson Health
Initiated in honor of Abington-Jefferson Health’s recent past president, Meg McGoldrick, the fund provides qualifying employees with assistance to offset hardships.
Mattie N. Dixon Community Cupboard
This non-profit offers an extensive food pantry, a shop with clothing and household items, a back-to-school backpack program, job assistance and emergency financial aid.
Career Wardrobe
Offering personal support and ending clothing insecurity by outfitting people for life or work, Wardrobe Philadelphia helps 5,000 people yearly move forward in their lives.
ALS Association Greater Philadelphia
This non-profit works to discover treatments and a cure for ALS (Lou Gehrig’s disease) and to serve, advocate for, and empower people with ALS to live their best lives.
Project HOME
Project HOME offers permanent, subsidized housing for individuals and families who were homeless, plus employment opportunities, education, medical care and more.
Veterans Multi-Service Center
The VMC provides services, programs and opportunities to U.S. military veterans and their families, plus advocacy, support for their causes, a voice for their concerns and more.
Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) Foundation
