Migrations, Upgrades, and Hardware
All projects, including migrations and upgrades, are billed hourly against a nonexpiring block of time.

  • 24/7 (Help Desk: 7 AM – 7 PM EST; after-hours incidents: 7 PM – 7 AM EST) remote and on-site support for:
    • All routers, firewalls, switches, and ISP issues
    • All servers and Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint/OneDrive)
    • End-user issues (inclusion is plan-dependent)
  • Anti-virus scanning and updates
  • Anti-spam protection with message continuity service
  • Cloud-based malware protection
  • Automated alert monitoring and notification
  • Access to IT Solutions client web portal for ticket creation and management
  • ITSecure™ Protection Package, which includes the following:
    • High-security password policy, firewall lockdown, remote access security

Targeted Response Plan (Help Desk Support)

Your organization may not require a full suite of managed support. That’s why we are excited to offer our “Targeted Response Plan,” a specialized Help Desk support package tailored to address your needs with precision and efficiency. This plan grants your company access to our “Targeted Response Team,” available from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM EST, providing you with expert IT assistance and troubleshooting for your team.
